Emily Sampson – Bio

Emily Sampson

Hi, my name is Emily Sampson. I am the oldest daughter of Billy and Jane Sampson. My birthday is December 10, 1989. I’ve been in church my whole life, even before I was born, my mother carried me to church in her womb! It is all I have ever known! I was saved when I was 10 years old at the Welcome Hill Missionary Baptist Church. We started going to that church in January of 2000.

Not too long after we’d been going there a man by the name of Bob Garbowitz, got a burden for me. Every time I would see him, he would give me verses and witness to me. And honestly, it was bugging me. When I would see him, I would try to dodge him, because I know the Holy Spirit was convicting me. Then in November of 2000, on a Sunday afternoon, Brother Bob came to talk to me. I didn’t run from him or try to ignore him, I listened. And that’s when I decided under the convicting power of the Holy Spirit I gave my heart to Jesus. I’ll never forget that Sunday for the rest of my life. And I thank God, He saved me!

I’ve enjoyed my life as a missionary’s daughter. I’m thankful the Lord has put my family and I in this ministry of serving missionaries, and small churches. I enjoy meeting people everywhere I go and am happy to know that the Lord is not only using my family but me personally. I don’t know what the Lord has in store for me in the future but I’m excited to see where he takes me.

Please pray for me, that I will make the right decisions, I have many of them ahead. And pray that I will walk with the Lord always. I have recently finished High School, and plan on doing on-line college choruses with Liberty University. This will enable me to get the degree I need and allow me to continue traveling with my family in ministry. So again please pray for me. Thank you for visiting our website and I hope the Lord blesses you. Please continue to enjoy our site, and please come back and visit often.

God Bless!
